About me

jen about .jpg

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving individuals, couples, and families on their journey to healing. I have been serving Northern California for almost 10 years and have been fortunate to have extensive experience in serving clients of all ages and circumstances in an acute care hospital setting in the Sacramento Area. I found this period to be incredibly enriching as I was able to work directly with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, mood disorders, OCD, and many more! In my time working in this space worked closely not only with the clients but also their families in individual and group settings to work toward creating lasting changes in their lives. I am eager to bring these skills to my private practice.

I understand that seeking treatment can be a process fraught with complications and concerns but seeking treatment can be a life changing and rewarding process. My goal is to provide a safe environment where we can take part in the treatment process together to reach your goals. My approach is centered around your needs and treatment will be tailored as such. Your goals will serve as our guide and the path to healing will be bespoke to you. I look forward to working with you to in a calming, nonjudgmental, and engaging environment so you can leave therapy living a life with true agency. I welcome individual clients, couples, and families. Services are provided on a private pay basis and I do not currently accept insurance.

I am willing and able to provide both in-person and distance/telemedicine sessions to accommodate any health, transportation, or scheduling concerns.

Please reach out to me with any questions or more information needed.
